Location: Stock Exchange Building Helsinki
Pörssitalo, in Helsinki’s Kluuvi district, has a long and colorful history since 1912. The stone castle has acted as the place for significant historical, business and cultural events. The building has hosted the Helsinki Bourse Club, Pörssiklubi, for men since 1912. They didn't let women into the club until 2019. Let's take it over together!

The Gyrokinesis exercises are practiced with a chair or standing. Your teacher, Nadia Tapia, is a Helsinki-based dancer, teacher, and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience. She is the founder of Abrazo Tango and Move & Flow.
