Aino Bergius is the CEO of Slush, the world’s leading startup event and the largest global gathering of venture capital.
Starting as a volunteer at 15, she worked her way up through multiple leadership roles before becoming CEO in 2024.
She now leads a rapidly scaling, not-for-profit organization that has grown from a core team of 20 to a 1,600-person operation, generating €10M+ in annual revenue.
Aino holds a Master’s in System Management and a BA in Economics from Aalto University. She is committed to making Europe the best place to build and scale companies.
