Fadumo Ali is the founder of healthcare staffing company Hoiwa Oy.
She is one of the top 100 influencers in healthcare in 2021 (Mediuutiset) and the Espoo Entrepreneur of the Year 2022.
The Nordic Business Forum selected her as one of the 35 most influential entrepreneurs under the age of 35 in Northern Europe. Fadumo is a nurse by profession and has worked in the health care industry since 2008. Fadumo wants to promote the diversity and inclusiveness at workplace through her own activities. Hoiwa currently employs more than 7,500 people in the healthcare industry.
