Crush Speaker: Veronica Deac, CEO of Jump Finland

Here comes Ferrari. Have you felt that a person can fill the room with such a positive energy that you get excited too? This is Veronica Deac, a Romanian with a bubbly personality who will inspire you to become the best version of yourself. She will wrap you in her warmth and make you believe that rebels together are better than rebels alone, because she built her community in Finland, despite the immigrant background and not speaking the Finnish language. 

 

Nine years ago, Jump Fit Oy was born.

 

Veronica brought a new sport to Finland: rebounding with Kangoo Jumps shoes (hyppykengät), and trained new instructors all over the country with a passion for people's health. She created a supportive network of instructors who are collaborating, transmitting the same ethical values, and focussing on inspiring, motivating and accepting everyone as they are. Her mission is clear: to spread the joy of exercising and helping people to regain their health, to take care of themselves better, but also to empower others to reach their higher potential by becoming fitness professionals. 

 

She participated in Talent Suomi 2021 and reached the Final with her team Kangoo Power Team, organizing two International Jump Festivals, in 2023 and 2024, receiving the award of the Sole Entrepreneur of the year 2023 (Vuoden 2023 Yksinyrittäjä) granted by Varsinais-Suomen Yrittäjät.

 

She has been lecturingat Turku AMK and motivating students to pursue entrepreneurship, and she supports International women and immigrants in collaboration with the International House of Turku and Welcome to Turku program. 

 

Veronica has only two speed limits: fast and faster, this is why she came last year to the Crush event with a purpose in mind, to be noticed, to meet women with the same mindset and to conquer the stage and the audience. She was one of the winners of the Crush Open Mic program.
