Be a Rebel.

Crush Event's theme last year was really spot on for me. 

As I was listening to our speakers, I got so inspired.

And I knew I was ready to make some bold moves in my private and working life.

The previous year hasn't just been about turning a new page, but more like writing a whole another chapter in my life. 

As you might know, even one of those kinds of big decisions doesn't come easy, and I made multiple at the same time. 

As I'm excited for what the future holds for me, at the same time I'm extremely sad as it means I also need to let go.

You know the phrase that you need to close some doors to open new ones and I have decided to end my journey as the co-founder of Crush.

The decision was really hard to make, not only because of the amazing community we have built, the hard work we have put into this movement in the last three years, and the amazing support Katja and I have received throughout the entire time.

But also because I truly believe that this equality work is now more important than ever. 

I'm excited to share my future plans later on, but at this point, I'm super happy to announce that I'm not fully checking out of Crush as I have the honor to continue as a member of the Advisory Board.

And I will of course see you again at the Crush Event in May!

In the meantime, I will give my full support to Katja and the Crush Movement (obviously!), even though I'm not part of daily operations anymore.

We will continue to Rebel Together.
