Introducing Crush Speaker
Vibha Deshpande is a Partner Manager at Microsoft and has previously been in various roles in Identity and Security.
She also leads the Women Employee Resource Group at Microsoft Finland and partners with various organizations to support women’s causes. She has been mentoring women aspiring to join the tech industry and was the finalist at Nordic Women Tech 2022 in the Mentor of the Year category.
She believes that diversity is a fact, but inclusion is a choice! D&I programs must enable this conscious choice!
